Stones River Jeep Club has official rides approximately every other month and a lot of members get together in between rides.
During official SRJC rides all members are expected to abide by state laws and rules set forth by private property owners. Always stay on designated trails. Seat belts for all occupants while Jeep is in motion. Trash: Take out what you take in. Make sure the Jeep behind you is always in your rear view mirror and wait at intersections until the person behind you reaches the intersection. Give the person in front of you plenty of room when going up and down hills for any possible risk of sliding. While spotters are always a great asset; drive based on your Jeeps ability and your driving experience. SRJC, spotters, nor any club member will be liable for any damages. When convoying arrive on time with gas tank full and any personal food/drinks/supplies.
Equipment recommendations: Front and rear tow hooks bolted on with grade 8 hardware, full tank of gas, first aid kit, seat belts, recovery straps with looped ends - no chains or hooks, CB radio, fire extinguisher, basic set of tools, spare tire, tire gauge, trash bag, participation in Yellow DOT program.
